About us ABA Connections of PA, LLC is an agency that provides 1:1 behavior therapy to children in their homes, school and community throughout Philadelphia, Bensalem and parts of Montgomery County. therapists work 1:1 with children from age 3 to school age, implementing specific treatment plans designed to address the clients' needs. Utilizing the principals of Applied Behavior Analysis, therapists work on developing and strengthening social, play, self-help and behavior management skills. Services are provided in the home, school and community. We offer flexible scheduling to allow employees to maintain a great work-life balance. Immediate openings available for qualified applicants throughout Montgomery County & the Greater Philadelphia area for part time and full time Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) instructors/therapists. Please note that our interview process is extensive and there are several steps to go through. Applicants are asked to complete multiple assessments and conduct phone and in-person interviews.
Job Title:
ABA Therapist/PCA/1:1
Therapist Responsibilities:
  • Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy techniques to support individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental delays
  • Provide one-on-one therapy sessions in various settings, including home, school, and community
  • Teach and reinforce appropriate behaviors and social skills
  • Collect data on client progress and behavior
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure consistent and effective treatment
  • Communicate with parents and caregivers to provide updates on progress and strategies for generalization of skills
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred. High school diploma required
  • Experience working with individuals with ASD and implementing ABA therapy techniques preferred
  • Knowledge of behavior management strategies and positive reinforcement techniques preferred
  • Ability to sit on the floor with clients and engage in play throughout therapy sessions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable transportation to travel to different therapy locations
  • Current clearences (FBI, PA Criminal and Child Abuse)
Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED Note:
