Multiple sites including Arbors Gibsonia (home base) and Arbors Gibsonia (Travel between locations is required at times)Shift:

+$3.50/hourWhat You Will Do:
Make regular rounds on residents, checking for their location, safety, and well-being. Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), encouraging maximum independence. Deliver mail and newspapers to residents. Set dining room tables for meals as needed. Serve meals/snacks and deliver meal trays to resident rooms. Perform basic housekeeping duties (e.g., trash removal, cleaning, and bed-making).Manage laundry:
collect, wash, dry, fold, and return resident laundry and linens. Encourage and assist resident participation in activities and recreational programs. Escort residents to and from recreational programs and assist during events. Accurately document resident care and services provided. Assist with monitoring and recording vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and weight. Address and report customer service issues, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner. Attend and complete required in-service education and staff meetings. Maintain current CPR and First Aid certifications. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.Float Premium Requirements:
Must be available and willing to work at any clinical building requiring staff coverage. Demonstrate professionalism and reliability in fulfilling scheduled shifts.What You Will Bring:
Ability to sit, stand, and walk for at least 8 hours per shift. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs and carry at least 25 lbs. Requires hand grasping, pushing, pulling, and fine motor manipulation. Requires the ability to kneel, squat, twist, bend at the waist, and reach.
