All shifts About the Role We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professionals to provide essential care and support to individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD). As a DSP, you will play a key role in enhancing the quality of life for those we serve, promoting independence, and fostering a safe, respectful, and enriching environment. Key Responsibilities Provide direct care and support to individuals with IDD in community and home-based settings. Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks. Support individuals in achieving their personal goals and participating in community activities. Foster positive relationships by engaging in meaningful interactions and promoting independence. Work both independently and collaboratively with a team to ensure the highest level of care. Administer medications and follow individualized care plans as required. Document and report any observations, changes in behavior, or incidents accurately. Transport individuals using company and personal vehicles as needed. Ensure a safe and respectful environment that aligns with organization policies and best practices. Qualifications and Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. 1-2 years of experience working with individuals with IDD preferred. Valid driver's license required for company and personal vehicle use. Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and within a team setting.
