What You'll Do:
Support individuals with daily living activities such as meal preparation, errands, household tasks, hygiene, and personal care as needed. Encourage independence and community involvement. Build positive, supportive relationships. Help create fun, safe, and engaging experiences.Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Must pass criminal background clearances
- Experience in Human Services or as a caregiver is preferred but not required
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to assist individuals with getting up, walking, and moving by lifting or guiding when necessary.
- Must be able to lift 75 pounds or more at times.
