Role Overview:
As a Home Health Aide at Homewatch CareGivers, you will be responsible for providing high-quality personal care and assistance to clients in their homes. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with families and healthcare professionals to ensure the safety, dignity, and well-being of those you care for. Whether you work on-site at our King of Prussia location, you'll have the flexibility to make a meaningful difference in the lives of clients while receiving recognition for your dedication.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families. Monitor client health and report any changes to healthcare professionals. Help clients and ensure adherence to care plans. Collaborate with team members to ensure client care is consistent and of the highest quality.
Qualifications:
You're a great fit if you have the following skills. High school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience as a Home Health Aide or in a similar role. Strong communication skills Compassionate nature with a commitment to providing exceptional care. Ability to work flexible hours and meet the needs of clients.
Bonus If You:
Have certifications in CPR and First Aid. Have experience working with elderly or disabled individuals. Possess knowledge of dementia care and supportive strategies.
