Be physically capable of assisting clients with mobility issues, transportation and ambulation. Ensure personal care (hygiene, toileting, showering, dressing, meal prep, grooming, etc.) reflects each client's plan of care and personal preferences. Promote independence and empower clients by focusing on their capabilities rather than their struggles. Remind clients to take the correct dose at the correct time as prescribed.
