Job Overview HomeTown Home Care LLC is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and experienced Caregiver/Home Health Aide to provide one-on-one care for a private client with Alzheimer's disease and Parkinson's disease. We are looking for someone who is patient, reliable, and passionate about helping seniors maintain their dignity, comfort, and independence in the safety of their own home. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference in one person's life while becoming part of our growing home care team. Responsibilities Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene. Provide companionship and emotional support to a client with Alzheimer's disease and Parkinson's disease. Assist with walking, mobility, and transfers while following safety procedures. Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed. Perform light housekeeping and laundry. Provide medication reminders (no medication administration). Observe and report changes in the client's physical or cognitive condition to the agency. Maintain accurate caregiver documentation and follow the individualized care plan. Treat the client with dignity, patience, compassion, and respect. Experience At least 1 year of caregiving experience preferred. Experience caring for individuals with Alzheimer's disease, dementia, or Parkinson's disease is strongly preferred. Compassionate, patient, dependable, and trustworthy. Pay:
$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
