Overview:

We are seeking Personal Care Aides to join our team! Full Time Nights 8 hr shifts
Responsibilities:
The PCA is responsible for the implementation of resident services by assisting with activities of daily living, activity programs, housekeeping services and dining services. The provision of these services must be performed to ensure the health, welfare, safety and independence of our residents is of primary concern.
Required Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Two (2) years of experience as a Nurse Aide or other equivalent experience in lieu of education will be considered.
Additional Qualifications/Skills :
Current, valid, and active certification to practice as a Nursing Assistant as applicable in the state of employment preferred. CPR/First Aid training preferred. Previous healthcare experience is preferred. Phlebotomy training and ECG training preferred. Ability to project a professional image. Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements. Strong organizational, prioritizing and analytical skills. Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant. Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions. Freedom from illegal use of and effects of use of drugs and alcohol in the workplace.
