At BAYADA, our Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) provide one-on-one care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them build confidence, strengthen everyday skills, and live more independently in the comfort of their own homes. If you have at least one year of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, this is your opportunity to turn that experience into meaningful, relationship-centered work.
