Starting rate:

$18/hour. The Direct Support Professional (DSP) provides individualized, person-centered In-Home and Community Support services to adults with Intellectual Disabilities and/or Autism Spectrum Disorder. Services are delivered in the client's private home and inclusive community settings to promote autonomy, independence, and meaningful community participation. Supports include instruction, prompting, physical assistance, modeling, and positive reinforcement, aligned with the individual's assessed needs and person-centered plan.

Qualifications:

At least 18 years of age High School Diploma Required Active Driver's License and Vehicle Active CPR/First Aid Certification preferred Clearances (Child Abuse/FBI/State Police) within the last 12 months preferred Previous ODP experience preferred
