This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those you serve while developing valuable skills in caregiving, healthcare, and community support. Responsibilities Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Administer medications following care plans to ensure safety and compliance Support residents with meal preparation, cooking, and maintaining proper nutrition Maintain cleanliness of living spaces through regular cleaning and sanitation practices Document care activities accurately in resident records and update care plans regularly Provide emotional support and companionship to promote mental well-being for individuals with developmental disabilities, or autism Requirements Knowledge of patient care techniques including CPR and first aid Ability to work with individuals with disabilities or developmental challenges with patience and empathy Familiarity with HIPAA regulations to protect resident confidentiality Strong observational skills for patient monitoring and patient safety oversight Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and residents' families Join us in making a positive impact every day! Pay:
