NEW RATE
- $17.50 per hour Direct Support Professional Located in Pottstown, PA Full Time, three 12-hour shifts (8:00A - 8:00P, 36 hours per week) KenCrest is seeking Direct Support Professionals to participate in the care of the residents in our Adult Community Medical Homes (CMH). At our Adult CMH's, we provide a home-care environment to four (4) medically fragile adults with intellectual disabilities. Our Care Teams provide 24/7 full circle care to meet all social, medical and emotional needs of our residents while providing them with opportunities for the highest quality life possible. As a Direct Support Professional , you will assist our residents with all activities of daily living, participate in and carry out developmental activities, implement goal plans and behavioral management programs, assist with meal preparation, general housekeeping functions and transportation for social and medical appointments, and provide overall support to the residents and the program.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED Valid and Current driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record ( required) •Driver's License, insurance and registration must be aligned with state of permanent residence• Experience with medically fragile individuals and/or individuals with disabilities (preferred) Clear criminal record and other background checks in accordance with state requirements IND123 Hourly
