Join Our Team as a Pediatric Caregiver! •Earn $14.75/hr + Paid Training Provided• Be the reason a child feels safe, supported, and cared for. CareGivers America is hiring compassionate caregivers to support children in their homes. No experience needed — we'll train you and help you become a certified Home Health Aide (HHA). This is meaningful, one-on-one care where you truly make a difference in a child's daily life.
Job Requirements:
Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nurses Aide (CNA) certificate preferred Willingness to work in Berks County Reliable transportation to travel to clients location

What You'll Do:
Provide 1:1 supervision and support to children in a safe, in-home setting Assist with daily living skills, including hygiene, meals, and routine care as needed Implement and support Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and behavior support plans (BIPs) Facilitate structured, age-appropriate activities that promote skill development Support positive behavior strategies and maintain a consistent, safe environment Frequent standing and walking, assisting members with daily activities, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the position.
