Job Title:
Direct Support Professional (DSP)- Residential Services (IDD) | PRN / Per Diem We are currently seeking compassionate and reliable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) in a residential services setting.

- 7:00 AM Required Qualifications Experience supporting individuals with IDD Ability to provide personal care support Strong observation skills with attention to detail Ability to stay in tune with individual needs and behaviors Experience with data-driven programming and documentation Ability to identify early warning signs, cues, and triggers Preferred Qualifications Autism experience Behavioral intervention experience De-escalation skills DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) exposure or training Role Responsibilities Support individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs) Provide supervision, guidance, and personal care Assist with behavioral support and intervention strategies Utilize de-escalation techniques when needed Maintain accurate documentation and behavioral data tracking Support individualized programming and daily routines Ensure safety, dignity, and engagement of individuals served Position Overview Direct Support Professionals create long-term impacts on individuals' lives by encouraging, mentoring, and coaching them to achieve their goals.

Must be at least 18 years of age. Related DSP experience is helpful. Driver's license is required for community-based homes. A verifiable high school diploma or GED is preferred.Description:
