As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will support individuals with intellectual disabilities in achieving their goals and navigating daily activities. Join us in making a meaningful impact every day. Qualifications Role Overview We are seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals to support a non-binary client with an intellectual disability. The ideal candidate will be comfortable and respectful in using correct pronouns and supporting LGBTQ+ individuals, while assisting with daily living skills, community inclusion, and personal growth. Key Responsibilities Provide person-centered support in home and community settings. Use and respect each person's chosen name and pronouns at all times. Assist with activities of daily living, transportation, and skill development. Follow all agency policies, health & safety guidelines, and support plans. Promote dignity, independence, and inclusion. Qualifications High school diploma or GED (some college or human-services experience preferred). Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion; ability to respect and affirm LGBTQ+ identities. Valid driver's license & reliable transportation required Ability to pass background checks and required clearances.
