Community Support Professional (Washington Crossing, Doylestown) Inspire a Difference with Aspire Independence Resources! Aspire Independence Resources LLC is seeking compassionate, dedicated, and proactive professionals to join our team in the Washington Crossing and Doylestown areas. We are dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities by providing personalized support that promotes growth, dignity, and independence.
Role Overview Locations:
Washington Crossing, Doylestown Compensation:
Starting at $18.00-22.00) per hour.
Employment Type:
Part-time Primary Focus:
One-on-one support including personal care, skill building, and community integration.
Key Responsibilities Skill Building & Independence:
Provide support in daily living tasks such as budgeting, cooking, and meal planning.
Healthy Living:
Assist individuals in setting and achieving healthy living goals to improve their overall well-being.
Community Integration:
Transport and accompany clients to community locations (libraries, eateries, peer social activities) and support volunteer or employment exploration.
Empowerment:
Assist individuals in acquiring and improving the skills needed to live and function successfully within their homes and communities.
Social & Digital:
Support clients with social communication, confidence building, and navigating technology.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of services provided and client progress using mobile applications and professional communication platforms.
Qualifications & Requirements Driving & Transportation:
Must have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and a reliable vehicle.
Driving Comfort:
Must be comfortable and willing to drive clients in your personal vehicle for community activities.
Character:
Must be exceptionally kind, caring, patient, and highly reliable.
Education:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Age:
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Background:
Successful completion of criminal background checks and required orientation training is mandatory.
