Acacia Care LLC, a HCBS provider based in Phoenix, AZ, is expanding its team. We provide high-quality services to individuals with developmental disabilities. As a Direct Service Professional, you will make a difference in someone's life every day. DSPs provide support to the individuals we serve to live as independently as possible. DSP's provide Rerpite, Habilitation, and/or Attendant Care Services.

Respite Provider:

Duties include providing the family/immediate caregivers a break. This service is solely intended to supervise, care for, and to entertain the member to ensure the parents/guadians are receiving reprieve.

Attendant Care Provider:

Duties include providing total care to members for basic daily living needs such as: transferring from bed to wheelchair, bathing, clothing, feeding, and more.

Habilitation Provider:

This service is intended to enable individuals to acquire knowledge and skills, increase or maintain self-sufficiency, provide training/assistance in essential activities required to meet personal and physical needs, and maintain the health and safety of the individual.

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years of age High School Diploma or GED equivalent 3 Written References Clear Criminal Record 3 months of experience in human services Smart Phone for emergency contact as well as clocking in/out Email Capability Reliable transportation Why Join Us?
