Job Summary:

A Clinical Assistant provides essential administrative support to the agency's clinical management team, including the Clinical Manager and Assistant Clinical Manager. Key responsibilities include managing incoming phone calls by answering, handling, and routing them appropriately, sorting and organizing faxes, and overseeing the management of reports for the agency. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring smooth operations within the clinical department and supporting efficient patient care.

Job Qualifications:

Education:

High school graduate.

Experience and Skills:

Candidates should have at least one year of administrative experience, along with strong customer service skills. They must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication abilities and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Candidate should possess ability to make quick decisions and have excellent problem-solving skills. Home Health experience preferred. .

Transportation:

Reliable transportation and valid auto liability insurance.

Environmental and Working Conditions:

This position is set in a professional office environment with an open layout and a team-based dynamic. Work is primarily in-office, though remote work may be possible at the discretion of management.
