Must reside in Colorado (Must own or rent your current home; Limited availability in Aurora; Not Available in all counties)
Supporting:
You are welcoming an individual with an intellectual disability to move into your home and live with you full-time as a part of your household and family dynamic
Average Annual Income:
Approximately $46,530 (federally tax-free) + Monthly Rent & Household Expenses Contribution

You want to create a home where someone feels like they belong. How You'll Make a Difference Every individual is unique, but your responsibilities may include: Supporting daily living skills such as cooking, budgeting, cleaning, and decision-making.
Assisting with medication administration and medical appointments.
Helping someone build connections, participate in their community, and experience a sense of belonging.
Providing transportation and support with daily activities as needed.
Maintaining documentation and communication with the Mosaic support team.
Helping someone build confidence, develop independence, and pursue personal goals. Depending on the individual's needs, support may also include: Assistance with personal care activities
Behavioral support
Medical or physical support needs

Ongoing partnership and support Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age
You must be a current resident of the state of Colorado (due to state funding restrictions).
Own/Rent your own home, apartment, condo, or townhouse
Active homeowner's or renter's insurance
Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current vehicle insurance
Internet access and basic computer skills
Ability to complete required screenings, background checks, and training Experience is preferred but not required.
