Our Direct Support Professionals play a vital role in helping the people we serve achieve their goals and stay connected to their communities. Position Overview We are currently hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for weekend coverage. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about making a difference and are available to work consistent weekend hours. We are strongly seeking candidates who are available to work Sundays from 9:00 AM•3:00 PM.

Available Shifts Saturday:

9:00 AM•3:00 PM OR 3:00 PM•11:00

PM Sunday:

9:00 AM•3:00 PM (Strongly Preferred) OR 3:00 PM•11:00 PM Responsibilities Provide direct support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities Assist with daily living activities and community participation Promote independence, safety, and dignity Support individuals with social, recreational, and personal goals Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with team members Qualifications Experience in human services preferred, but not required Compassionate, reliable, and patient personality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must be dependable for weekend shifts Valid driver's license preferred (if transportation is needed for community activities) What We Offer Meaningful, hands-on work that makes a real impact Supportive and mission-driven team Training provided for the right candidates Competitive pay based on experience Apply Today!
