Job Summary Join our dedicated team as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) and become a vital part of empowering individuals with disabilities to live fulfilling, independent lives. In this energetic and rewarding role, you will provide personalized care, support daily activities, and foster a safe, nurturing environment. Your compassionate approach will help residents thrive by assisting with their unique needs. Full and part time awake overnight positions are available in a group home in South Kingstown (near URI). Duties Assist individuals with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including personal care, grooming, and hygiene routines medication administration monitor for health and safety Maintain a clean, safe environment by performing light cleaning duties and adhering to infection control protocolsExperience Prior experience working in group homes, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home health environments is highly preferred Strong communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration are essential for delivering exceptional resident-centered careJoin us to be part of a passionate team committed to enriching lives through compassionate support.
