Job Description
Community Living of Rhode Island (CLRI) is currently seeking caring, dependable, and dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team for Sunday morning shifts (9AM-3PM) supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Position Responsibilities Provide direct care and support to individuals in their homes and community settings. Assist with activities of daily living, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks. Support individuals in achieving their personal goals and maintaining independence. Accompany individuals on community outings and recreational activities. Administer medications as trained and authorized. Complete required documentation and reports accurately and on time. Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of individuals at all times. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to pass required background checks. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred but not required. Must be reliable, compassionate, and committed to providing quality care. Schedule Sunday Morning Shift Additional hours may be available for qualified candidates.
