What You'll Do As a Direct Support Professional, you will: Assist individuals with daily living activities and personal care needs. Support individuals in building skills and maximizing independence. Encourage participation in community activities, events, and social opportunities. Assist with meal preparation and household responsibilities. Support medication administration after required training and certification. Advocate for the rights, dignity, and choices of the people we serve. Maintain accurate documentation and service records.
