  • We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Personal Care Assistant to join our team at Always Best Care Grand Strand in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
As a Personal Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.   • Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-on-one personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as eating, transferring, and ambulating
  • Monitor and report changes in clients' physical and emotional condition to our care management team
  • Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
  • Support clients with medication reminders and administration
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care and services provided
  • Collaborate with our care management team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, promoting their overall physical and emotional well-being
