Job Description

Job Overview Join our compassionate team as a Personal Care Assistant, where your dedication and enthusiasm will make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals requiring support with daily activities and personal care. In this vital role, you will provide attentive, respectful assistance to promote independence, safety, and well-being in patients' private residences. Your energetic approach and commitment to quality care will help create a warm, supportive environment for those you serve. Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living , including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal planning to meet individual dietary needs Maintain a clean and safe environment through regular cleaning, laundry, and sanitation tasks Use specialized equipment such as wheelchairs to ensure safe transfers and mobility assistance Document patient observations, care provided, and any incidents clearly and thoroughly in accordance with facility protocols Requirements Prior experience in home & community care, assisted living, nursing homes, or group homes is highly preferred Certification in First Aid and CPR is preferred and additional certifications such as HIPAA training or dementia care are advantageous Demonstrated ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, Alzheimer's disease, or memory care needs Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and families while maintaining a compassionate attitude Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation Must pass background check and drug testing Join us in providing exceptional personal care that empowers individuals to live comfortably and confidently.
