The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in patient care, with experience in diverse medical environments. This role is crucial in ensuring the comfort and well-being of patients, assisting them with daily activities, and promoting a positive healthcare experience. Duties Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility. Monitor and record patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team. Provide companionship and emotional support to patients. Help with meal preparation and feeding as necessary. Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients. Support nursing staff with basic medical procedures as needed. Document patient care activities accurately and timely. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in various settings including inpatient, outpatient, clinic, sub-acute care, and post-acute care environments. Experience Candidates should have experience or familiarity with the following areas: Level II trauma center experience Hospital medicine Emergency medicine Level I Trauma Center Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) Operating Room (OR) experience Geriatrics Medical-surgical units Inpatient care settings Teaching hospital experience Outpatient services Clinic experience Sub-acute care experience We encourage individuals who are passionate about providing quality care to apply for this rewarding position.
