August 25th, 2026 General Description Provide support for the Bridges ABA clinic by serving at the reception desk, helping with the carline, answering phones, light cleaning, filing paperwork, and supporting therapists. Tasks and Responsibilities Greeting parents at the reception Answering phones Scanning, copying, faxing, and filing documents. Assisting with carline pick up and drop off Assisting therapists as needed:
  • Making materials for BCBAs or programmers
  • Getting toys, materials, clothes, etc for clients when requested
  • Sitting with clients when staff need to use the restroom or need to step out for a moment (only when there is no help at all. Also depending on client needs)
  • Helping staff clean up after clients go home.
  • Help with laundry.
  • Help clean up any client accidents or messes in therapy rooms or bathrooms.
When there is a maintenance issue, let the supervisor know to call our maintenance department. Receiving deliveries for staff and bringing it to them. Getting clinic supplies through our inventory list. Completing mileage reimbursements for clients.
Requirements:
Must be available from 8:45-2:15 Monday through Friday or M,W,F 8:45-2:15 or T/TH 8:45-2:15. Be available 1 semester (August 25th-December 18th). Must be reliable
  • no unexcused absences or tardiness.
Ability to problem-solve and address issues as they arise Good communications skills and good listening skills, especially when working with our parents of kids with disabilities.
