The person supported is bed-bound and has a feeding tube; however, this position does not involve skilled nursing services. We are looking for someone who is trustworthy, patient, attentive, and committed to providing high-quality, person-centered support. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy building meaningful relationships and helping others maintain dignity, comfort, and quality of life. What You'll Do Responsibilities Provide companionship and engagement throughout the shift Assist with personal care and activities of daily living as needed Monitor the person's comfort, health, and safety Follow established care plans and support guidelines Observe and report any concerns or changes in condition Maintain accurate documentation and service notes Assist with positioning and comfort measures Support meaningful activities and social interaction Communicate professionally with family members and agency staff
