Work Shift (if applicable): Shift 1 (United States of America) Vitalant is seeking a Lead Phlebotomist dedicated to making a positive difference. You will assist Vitalant's donor care team as a lead in creating comfortable, convenient, and consistent blood donation experiences for our donor volunteers, most days you'll conduct a blood drive around town in one of our buses; other days you'll interact with donors at one of our local donation centers. Sunday - Saturday variable hours with 2 days off

Base Pay:

Serve as the primary point of contact for blood drive coordinators on-site Coordinate the set up and breakdown of equipment for mobile blood drives. Ensure the comfort and information of blood donors during phlebotomy process. Assist the Manager or Supervisor in providing direction and/or supervision of Donor Care Technicians, providing input for employee performance evaluations. Drive company vehicles including vans, buses to drive sites High School Diploma or GED Active driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to complete and pass CDL license program Ability to travel as required Successful completion of supervisory training program within six months Two years phlebotomy experience preferred #
