• We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Resident Care Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with residents and team members to enhance the quality of life for those in our care.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and dining.

Monitor and record vital signs as instructed by healthcare professionals. Support the healthcare team by reporting any changes in residents' conditions or behaviors. Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment for residents. Engage residents in meaningful activities and companionship to promote physical and emotional well-being. Follow established policies and procedures to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and coworkers to provide high-quality, individualized care.

• Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a healthcare, caregiving, or similar environment is preferred.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently. Compassionate, patient, and respectful approach to working with residents. Ability to lift and move residents safely, following standard protocols. Certification as a Nursing Assistant or similar credential is a plus.
