• Amarillo, TX Job Description Vitality Home Care is seeking a dependable and compassionate PRN Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to join our team.

This is an as-needed position providing care and assistance to clients in their homes. PRN caregivers may be scheduled to help cover open shifts, call-ins, vacations, and other staffing needs. Hours are not guaranteed and may vary from week to week. Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living and personal care Assist with mobility and transfers as needed Prepare light meals and assist with basic household tasks Provide companionship and supervision Assist with errands and transportation when needed Follow each client's individualized care plan Report changes or concerns to the appropriate supervisor Maintain a safe, respectful, and professional environment Requirements Must have a valid driver's license Must be smoke-free Must have reliable transportation Must be dependable and available to pick up shifts as needed Must be able to pass required background screening Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required Must be compassionate, professional, and reliable
