This rewarding role involves providing personalized assistance to promote independence, safety, and well-being for clients across various care environments. Whether working with seniors, individuals with disabilities, or those recovering from illness, your efforts will foster comfort, dignity, and quality of life. Duties Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Support medication administration following care plans and HIPAA regulations to ensure privacy and safety Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs and assist with meal planning and cooking Perform light housekeeping tasks like cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe environment to promote hygiene and comfort Observe and document patient conditions, behaviors, and progress to inform ongoing care strategies Skills Ability to work effectively with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorders Strong understanding of patient monitoring techniques and vital signs measurement Familiarity with HIPAA regulations ensuring confidentiality of patient information Excellent communication skills for collaborating with healthcare teams, residents' families, and social workers Embark on a fulfilling career where your compassion fuels positive change.
