Field Supervisor

Greet incoming clients and providers to the office and assist them with their requested needs or services. The use of Vesta EVV for data entry, demographic verification, visit verification, scheduling, and running various reports to support job duties. Ensuring proper documentation is in place in Vesta and in the client's file such as, but not limited to any Attendant orientation, Supervisory visits, change in schedules as needed. Communication with clients to complete action items such as scheduling home visits on assigned dates, gathering signatures, and completing documentation and updating files. Completion of these duties may include driving a company vehicle. (Valid License Required) Perform intake paperwork for new clients, including communication to State Offices HHSC, MCOs, TMHP, or Doctor offices. "On-call" or communication duties after business hours to assist any client/provider in need may be assigned over the weekend. This workload may vary, however, additional compensation will be provided. Performing clerical duties such as managing incoming phone calls and relaying messages to appropriate personnel, filing incoming and outgoing faxes, authorizations and documentation. Making copies as needed of work applications or any needed materials.
