Experienced Direct Support Professional (DSP) 1 Year

Champion Services is a Home and Community-based Services (HCS) Medicaid Waiver program providing services to people with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) in group homes, family homes, and a day program. Services are provided in a team approach with supports for people with IDD to live in their own home and participate in their community. We are in need of a passionate and dedicated caregiver to join our team. Our group home staff has the opportunity for future advancement opportunities through on the job training and online courses.

Job duties include:

Positive interaction Transportation Laundry & Cleaning Meal preparation Client behavioral safety Client goal achievement Personal care & hygiene assistance Accompanying clients on community outings. Experience is preferred but not required. Training will be provided to all new hires to ensure that the best support possible is provided to our clients.

Requirements:
