Complete 30 days of employment, receive $150! Complete 90 days, and receive another $150! (This bonus does NOT apply to PRN staff.) Direct Support Professionals monitor, interact and assist residents with and help achieve daily needs, skills and goals. Provide programmatic supports to the Home and Community Based Services program (HCS) by supervising and instructing persons served. The DSP monitors for the health and safety of the persons served and completes required documents daily. Ensures persons served receive medications as prescribed; provides appropriate supervision of the persons served as indicated by their program plans; prepares/ assists in ensuring the persons served consume healthy and nutritious meals as indicated by their plan requirement and provide needed/required assistance in completing daily hygiene activities. Paid orientation and training provided; including CPR and SAMA certification training. Requirements - •Current valid Texas driver's license•, High School Diploma or Equivalent, Basic computer skills

Pay:

$11.00 - $12.00 per hour
