This is an entry-level role with paid training , perfect for candidates interested in education, behavioral health, mental health, or social services careers . What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities) Provide behavioral support and mentoring to youth with special needs Assist teachers with classroom support and instruction Use de-escalation and behavior management techniques Support daily routines in a residential setting (meals, hygiene, chores) Build positive relationships and promote social-emotional development Schedule (Work-Life Balance) 12-hour shifts on a rotating Pitman schedule

Day Shift:

7:00 AM - 7:00

PM Night Shift:

7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Every other weekend off + more full days off each month

Pay & Benefits Pay:
