Total:
4 hours per day 21st Century Quality Home Care is seeking a dependable and compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide non-medical in-home care services for a client in Liberty, Texas during a temporary assignment from September 18 through September 29, 2026 . The selected caregiver will be responsible for providing quality personal care and assistance while promoting the client's safety, comfort, dignity, and independence. Responsibilities Assist the client with activities of daily living (ADLs). Provide personal care, including bathing and grooming assistance as needed. Assist with transfers and mobility. Prepare meals and provide eating assistance as needed. Perform light housekeeping related to the client's care. Assist with laundry as needed. Provide medication reminders only. Maintain a safe and clean environment for the client. Follow the client's care plan and company policies. Communicate any changes in the client's condition or concerns to the office/supervisor. Maintain professional boundaries and provide attentive care throughout the scheduled shift. Remain actively engaged with the client during working hours. Requirements HHA certification/training preferred. Previous home care experience preferred. Must be dependable and able to work all scheduled days from September 18-29, 2026 . Must arrive on time and remain for the entire scheduled shift. Must be able to follow the client's care plan and company policies. Must have reliable transportation to Liberty, TX. Must demonstrate professionalism, compassion, patience, and good communication skills. Must complete all required company onboarding and compliance requirements. Important This is a temporary assignment covering September 18-29, 2026 , with a schedule of 10:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. every day . Caregivers are expected to follow all attendance and call-in policies and provide dependable care for the client throughout the assignment. Pay:
$14.95 - $15.00 per hour
