Summary:

Responsibilities:
Provide companionship, safety, and support to patients Assist with Activities of Daily Living (bathing, dressing, meals, light housekeeping, toileting, transfers) Support errands and appointments as needed Observe and report any changes in patient condition Help patients maintain independence and safety at home
Qualifications:
Compassionate, dependable, and focused on patient care Able to work independently and communicate clearly Comfortable with basic technology Motivated by helping others 1+ year of caregiving experience in home health, hospital, assisted living, or similar settings preferred Experience with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) and equipment like Hoyer lift or sliding board preferred
