The ideal candidate will help clients maintain independence, comfort, and quality of life while following care plans and safety guidelines. Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Help with mobility, transfers, and light exercises Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed Monitor and report changes in clients physical or mental condition Provide companionship and emotional support Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, dishes, and tidying Remind clients to take medications as directed Maintain accurate care notes and documentation Follow all health, safety, and confidentiality procedures Background requirements: Candidates must pass background check, due to the nature of the employer's business candidates with certain classes or types of convictions will not be considered for employment.
