Expected Work Hours:
Will vary based on client assignment . Partime/PRN Job Summary Provides personal care services under the direction of the Registered Nurse or Therapist. The Aide is assigned to specific clients by the Registered Nurse or other appropriate professional who performs services for clients as necessary to maintain their personal comfort and well-being.

Requirements:
(+1 year of Caregiving Experience) Active CPR Certification Recent TB Test (12 month two-step, or 2 year blood test) Responsibilities Provide companionship and, if authorized, transportation to clients according to the care plan. Assist client with general Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, meals, and safe ambulation/transfers. Report any changes in the client's condition to the supervisor as outlined in the care plan. Document care provided and maintain accurate records for the Agency. Work collaboratively with the client's care team and ensure effective communication. Promote client safety by following infection control practices and reporting unsafe conditions. Attend in-service programs to meet compliance and notify supervisors of any educational needs. Qualifications Successful completion of a formal certification training program and/or a written skills test and competency evaluation. Be at least eighteen (18) years of age. Demonstrated ability to read, write, and follow a written care plan. Good verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. Licensed driver with automobile insured in accordance with state and/or Agency requirements and in good repair. Current CPR certification. We are looking for PRN/Part-Time staff as our patient census is low and we currently are working on obtaining new referrals and initiating care to more patients!
