Role:
Join our compassionate team at HomeWell Care Services TX270 as a Home Health Aide in Temple, TX. In this rewarding position, you'll provide essential care and support to individuals in their homes, enhancing their quality of life and promoting independence.
Responsibilities:
Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients. Help with meal preparation and nutrition management. Monitor and report changes in clients' health and well-being. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients. Follow care plans and document client progress accurately. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals. Adhere to all safety and health protocols.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience as a Home Health Aide or in a similar role preferred. Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate and patient demeanor. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Willingness to undergo background checks and training as required.
