Handle calls, correspondence, and documentation with professionalism and confidentiality. Create, maintain, and update accurate records and reports. Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate calendars. Manage supplies, vendors, and other logistical needs. Support cross-departmental coordination to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards. Provide receptionist coverage as needed. Lead and manage the Volunteer Program . What We're Looking For Experience in Home Health or Hospice strongly preferred. Previous experience as an office assistant, administrative coordinator, or similar role. Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, EMR or ERP systems). Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
