Our community-based Day Program Direct Support Professionals play a vital role in creating a positive, engaging, and supportive environment. This position is perfect for individuals who are compassionate, patient, and motivated to help others grow and succeed. Whether you have experience in caregiving, social work, or simply have a passion for helping others, this is a rewarding opportunity to build meaningful relationships and make a lasting impact. Duties Support individuals in community outings and activities Assist with developing and practicing social and life skills Provide supervision and ensure safety at all times Encourage independence while offering appropriate support Assist with basic daily living needs as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment Build positive relationships with individuals, staff, and support teams Complete daily documentation accurately and timely Follow all company policies and DSPD guidelines Schedule and Pay Monday-Sunday 9pm-9am $15.00 per hour Join us in making a difference in the lives of those we serve!
