Position Summary:
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a very respected, very busy fast-paced Ears, Nose, Throat, Head and Neck surgeon's office. We're looking for the perfect candidate who has previous medical experience, is comfortable with technology, remains cheerful, friendly, courteous, and has a kind disposition at all times to all patients and staff.
Essential Job Functions:
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO
~Adaptable to multiple complex computer programs ~Type 55wpm ~Meet and greet patients personably and cheerful ~Accurate data entry for patient demographics, medical insurance, health information, etc. with detailed thoroughness. ~Able to collect money for copays, account balances, day-end system balancing, etc. ~Excellent telephone etiquette ~Know and follow all HIPAA rules and guidelines. Follow all Local, State, Federal laws and requirements. ~Willing and able to cross-train on multiple desks with different responsibilities on each ~Able to stay on task to completion ~Maintain tidy, organized, clean, and sanitized office ~Participate in day-end office cleaning ~Able to work in both our Orem and Provo office

MUST HAVE 2-YRS PREVIOUS MEDICAL EXPERIENCE

Hours:
Monday-Friday 8:30a-5:15p. No weekends. This is a permanent, full-time, year-round position. Must be able to work entirety of scheduled shifts.
