Good Life Healthcare is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and energetic Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide one-on-one support to an enthusiastic adult male in his 30s who lives at home with his family. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building meaningful relationships, supporting independence, and helping an individual live a full and active life within the community.   • 10:00 PM 48 hours per week (Includes 8 hours of overtime ) Compensation $23.00

00 per hour Weekly overtime pay Stable, full-time schedule Supportive leadership team Meaningful, rewarding work Responsibilities Provide one-on-one support in the individual's natural home and community. Promote independence through person-centered teaching, encouragement, and positive reinforcement. Assist with daily living skills and structured routines while respecting the individual's preferences and choices. Support participation in community outings, recreational activities, and social opportunities. Provide safe transportation to community activities and appointments, as needed. Assist with communication, social interaction, and relationship-building skills. Encourage healthy lifestyle habits, including physical activity, hygiene, meal routines, and community participation. Maintain a safe environment by monitoring health and safety, reinforcing risk awareness, and following established support plans. Accurately complete daily documentation and communicate effectively with family members and the interdisciplinary team. Follow all Good Life Healthcare, DBHDS, DMAS, Human Rights, and HCBS requirements. Qualifications Experience supporting individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities is preferred. Experience providing person-centered support in home and community settings is a plus. Compassionate, patient, dependable, and professional. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating with the support team. Valid driver's license with a good driving record preferred. Reliable transportation. CPR/First Aid certification preferred (training may be provided). Must successfully complete background checks and all required pre-employment screenings.
