Serene Solutions Healthcare Is Hiring! Join our team! We're hosting open interviews for Personal Care Assistant (PCA) positions on: For more information, contact our office at Serene Solutions Healthcare, or stop by during interview hours. Please call 434-443-0628 between 8am-4pmto set up a in person interview !! Duties Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support Monitor residents' health by taking vital signs, observing patient conditions, and reporting changes to healthcare professionals Support medication administration in accordance with care plans and HIPAA regulations to ensure patient safety and confidentiality Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with meal consumption as needed Operate equipment such as Hoyer lifts or other assistive devices to safely transfer residents with mobility challenges Maintain cleanliness of residents' personal spaces and common areas through regular cleaning and sanitation practices Document care activities accurately in compliance with healthcare standards and facility policies Experience Prior experience working in assisted living, nursing homes, or home & community care environments preferred Hands-on experience with patient observation, monitoring vital signs, and implementing care plans Knowledge of dementia care, Alzheimer's care, memory care, hospice care, and working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism is highly desirable Certification in CPR and First Aid is required; additional certifications such as HIPAA training or group home experience are advantageous Demonstrated ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining proper body mechanics Familiarity with medication administration procedures and resident safety protocols Experience working within long-term care settings or providing direct support in home health environments enhances your candidacy Embark on a rewarding career where your compassionate support transforms lives. Pay:
$14.50 - $17.00 per hour
