$15.00•17.00 per hour (based on experience and certifications)

Schedule & Hours Full-time:

36-40 hours per week

Part-time:

16-30 hours per week Available shifts:

Day Shift:

7:00 AM•3:00

PM Evening Shift:

3:00 PM•11:00

PM Overnight Shift:

11:00 PM•7:00 AM Hybrid shifts available Weekend and holiday availability may be required Overtime opportunities available Position Summary We are seeking compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide daily support and care for individuals with developmental, intellectual, and/or physical disabilities. DSPs assist clients with daily living activities, promote independence, and ensure a safe and supportive environment. Responsibilities Assist individuals with personal care, hygiene, and grooming Support clients with meal preparation and medication reminders Help individuals participate in community activities and appointments Maintain accurate documentation and daily progress notes Encourage independence, social interaction, and life skills development Ensure the safety and well-being of all clients Follow care plans and company policies at all times Qualifications High school Diploma or GED required Previous caregiving or DSP experience is a plus but not required Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Ability to pass background check and drug screening CPR/First Aid certification preferred (training may be provided) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Benefits Weekly pay Paid training dental and vision insurance offered (full-time employees) Flexible scheduling Career advancement opportunities Work Environment DSPs may work in residential homes.
