Job Description

Personal Care Assistant — Hindi-Speaking / South Asian (Fairfax, VA) We're seeking a compassionate, reliable Personal Care Assistant to support a client in Fairfax. For this position, we are specifically looking for someone who speaks Hindi or is of South Asian descent to best meet the client's cultural and communication preferences. The fulfillment that comes with helping others surpasses the challenges of this work. If you're a positive, hardworking person with strong communication skills, this role is for you. Experience in housekeeping and caring for the elderly or sick will make you a strong candidate.
Location:
Fairfax, VA Responsibilities Ensure clients receive their medication on time Support clients who can't move on their own Help clients dress, bathe, eat, etc. Assist clients with physical therapy exercises Cook meals according to the client's dietary restrictions Help clients with shopping Perform housekeeping to maintain a clean environment Provide emotional support Inform physicians or supervisors about unusual events Act quickly and responsibly in emergencies Skills & Requirements Hindi-speaking or of South Asian descent Proven experience as a personal care assistant Committed to health & safety Able to do housework and cooking Well-organized and reliable Excellent communication and people skills Positive and compassionate attitude Strong ethics Physical stamina CPR certified Valid driver's license
