Job Description

Pro Healthcare Servicing and PHS Hospice Care has an opportunity for a Medical Social Worker (MSW) . The Medical Social Worker (MSW) helps identify and provide for each patient's social, emotional, and psychological needs. Essential functions include but are not limited to developing a social history; social assessment and care plan which identifies status, pertinent problems and needs of the patient.

Work Remotely No Pay:

$70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
