Direct Support Professional

HopeTree Family Services is seeking caring and dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). DSPs assist with daily living activities, community involvement, and skill-building to promote independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide person-centered support with daily living, personal care, and community activities Assist with health, safety, and medication administration Maintain accurate documentation and follow regulatory standards Promote independence, inclusion, and self-advocacy Ensure clean, safe, and supportive living environments

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required; experience in human services preferred Must be at least 18 with valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Ability to demonstrate patience, problem-solving, and teamwork Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and assisting with mobility needs

Schedule:

Full-time, and part-time, opportunities available Shifts may include evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnights

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Valid driver's license, clear DMV record as well as acceptable background record.
